We have the following class available and  included a brief description of each.

Zumba® 

Zumba® is an exhilarating, effective Latin inspired dance fitness class. Using great music from around the world, featuring exotic rhythms such as Merengue, Cumbia, Salsa, Samba, Flamenco, Calypso and more! It will give you a cardio workout   to raise your heart rate and increase circulation, muscular toning and strength, increase you energy levels and will flex your thinking muscle as   you learn new rhythms and routines. Every class uses intermittent training so tracks will alternate between easy and energetic. It uses all parts of your body and you can take Zumba® as you need it. Make the moves suit your body   and your pace.


Zumba® Sentao 

People who want to get some serious (core) work done. Pull up a chair and tone your entire body.   Zumba Sentao® combines strength and resistance training with innovative dance moves, using a chair as your dance partner. A high intensity workout that focuses on defining your muscles, improving overall cardiovascular health and burning major calories in the process. A unique way to challenge the muscles   of the body without having to lift weights.


Zumba® Toning / Gold Toning 

For those who want to put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light   weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core   and lower body.


 Zumba® Gold 

For adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba®   choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come   ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Class   focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning,   flexibility and balance!


Zumba® Kids JR.  - Refer to Swag Kids

Kids 3-6 years old get the chance to socialize with friends and jam out   to their favorite music. Zumba® Kids, Jr classes are rockin', high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. We break down steps, add   games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements such as leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, balance, cultural awareness.


 Zumba® Kids - Refer to Swag Kids

Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music. Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps; add games, activities and cultural   exploration elements into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory,   creativity, coordination, cultural awareness.


Barre Fusion TM - On Hold

Barre Fusion is a   fun workout that fuses Barre and Mat Work in a 45 min class that will assist   with flexibility, toning, definition and will strengthen the whole body. It uses the principles of the barre class for balance as well as adding floor-work to provide an extra challenge and a bit of variety. Classes incorporate many balance moves and strength training that will torch calories   and tone the entire body.


Piloxing® - On Hold

A non-stop, cardio   fusion of standing Pilates, Boxing and Dance that will push you past your limits. PILOXING® is a high-energy interval workout that uniquely blends the   power, speed, and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and   flexibility of Pilates. These techniques are also supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. Add to that fun dance moves and you have a workout that will tone, muscle, burn fat and empower you both physically and mentally. Using the most   current science, PILOXING® incorporates formats such as interval and barefoot training to burn maximum calories and increase stamina.
